2. It is my fault, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
3. What can I do to make it right..!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
But most people miss the third part - If you want to say sorry, mean it and do something to make it right.
